We're starting our climb, and we can't wait to share the adventure with you!
The adventure is about to begin! Our team of passionate hikers, led by Testigo's founder, Tracey Sawyer, is about to set out on the eight-day trek to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro via the remote and scenic Lemosho Route. This hike aims to raise important funds and awareness for Testigo's ongoing work with Maasai communities.
Following the climb, the group will visit Longido village, one of Testigo's project sites, to see firsthand the impact of our educational and permaculture initiatives and learn more about the Maasai culture and people.
This newsletter we're introducing you to more of our intrepid travellers, husband and wife duo Kerryn and David!

"Dave and I love to travel, this photo is in Goreme Valley, Turkiye from a trip last year. Tracey mentioned that she was organising a trip to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and we thought "why not!".
We have been training lots, hiking, running and playing lots of pickleball.
We're looking forward to reaching the summit of the highest mountain in Africa and raising awareness about Testigo Africa." - Kerryn
"I love to travel and I've always wanted to go to Africa, so when I got the opportunity to climb Kilimanjaro with Testigo, I jumped at the chance. Kerryn and I thought it was a no brainer to help the people of the country, and we love to immerse ourselves in the culture." - Dave
